Mission Statement. Mhelp is an Australian owned Company, established under the Mhelp brand name since 2006 to convert initial Mhelp research into a live product. Mhelp founder Mr. Shayne L. Van Vlerken had the same problem that many of us still have today. We want to get more value from our software but we don't have the time for traditional learning courses. With this problem in mind, two years of Academic Research followed in which Mhelp was defined in terms of proven scientific studies which clearly demonstrated the need for two major changes. • Deliver learning Just in time to the user demonstrating only a single function at a time • Display this information in the most comprehensible manner available, which today's users are most familiar with - video-clips. It was also proven that help and learning are made more comprehensible when consistent standards are used within all aspects of the message being presented which provide familiarity. In this model Mhelp is based upon hundreds of standards for each element of texts, narration and animation ensuring that the user becomes familiar with Mhelp due to its consistency in its standards.
